OUR CHARITY PARTNER

Save the Children

Since joining forces in 2020, we have worked with Save the Children to create great impact for children across the world, contributing over £500k to saving lives and powering possible with and for children. We joined forces in 2020, to empower young people in disadvantaged communities to thrive in employment and education. Over the years, our partnership has evolved, and we now support Save the Children’s Global Emergency Fund, which enables them to respond within hours of a disaster hitting. Donating to this flexible fund supports immediate and long-term responses to crises, helping children and families take the first steps on the long road to recovery.

Responding in times of emergency

Save the Children’s Emergency Fund ensures children can be safe, healthy and continue learning in times of crisis. This unique programme allows the organisation to work faster and respond to real need, delivering life-saving food, shelter, medicine and education straight to children and families who require it most – no matter where they are. Since 2022 we have been directly supporting the Emergency Fund. The Emergency Fund allows Save the Children to deploy trained emergency staff and supplies before or immediately after a crisis, meaning they are able to launch relief in the first hours when children are most at risk. Alongside our annual company contribution to the fund, our amazing people at Collinson go to incredible lengths to power this partnership and raise vital funds for crises including Ukraine, India COVID-19, the Global Hunger Crisis, Turkey and Syria Earthquakes, Afghanistan and other emergencies caused by climate change and conflict. Pushing themselves to drive change, our people have hiked Ben Nevis, competed in Rat Race challenges, and run the London Marathon to raise thousands for the fund, as well as donating laptops and COVID-19 rapid tests where needed most.

Inception Partner of Save the Children’s Women’s Network

Driven by our passion for standing with and for children, as well as gender equality, in 2023 we joined Save the Children's Women’s Network as an inception corporate partner in a new phase of our partnership.

Save the Children UK’s Women’s Network brings together women who connect, learn, advocate, and commit funds specifically to see more women and girls empowered around the world. We are behind Save the Children’s ambitions on gender equality and programmes that effectuate real change for and with girls through the Girls Impact Fund.

The Girls’ Impact Fund paves the way for a new approach to how we support girls, channeling specific funding for programmes and activities designed for, and with, girls. It allows them to support innovations and activities that empower girls to take action and lead community-based solutions to violence against women and girls.
