The Collinson Group is delighted to announce Claire Cavanagh as Chief People Officer, based in Singapore.
Having been with The Collinson Group for over five years as Vice President of People & Culture, Collinson International, APAC, Claire excels in designing strategic People & Culture programmes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
With her proven track record of career-long employee support, she will now lead the Group’s People & Culture team globally, enhancing workplace experience, strengthening systems, supporting professional growth and driving people initiatives.

With industry knowledge attained across advertising, media, and travel, Claire’s extensive global experience spans positions across Ireland, New York, and Singapore. This includes both in-house and agency-side, with roles as HR Director APAC at Tag and at MTV Networks. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management and is an accredited executive coach and trainer.
