At the heart of our commitment is our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programme, or “Good beyond profit” as we refer to it internally. This program formalizes our dedication to embedding environmental and social sustainability throughout our business, and mobilizing our resources to make a positive impact in our communities.
By doing so, we aim to harness the collective power of our people, clients, partners, suppliers, and wider stakeholders to ensure that our business strategy aligns seamlessly with our values and leaves a lasting, positive imprint on the world.

Our Suppliers
We continue to embed sustainability into our sourcing processes and are working to include sustainability principles into our most significant contracts.
We acknowledge that much of our impact will exist within our supply chain, and we will continue working to enhance our sourcing, vetting, contracting and supplier management processes to ensure that we drive positive change throughout our value chains.
We have updated our Expectations Ethical Supply and will be asking all new and renewal suppliers to sign up.
